2019 Salsa Deadwood Carbon Mountain Bike - X-Large

The 2019 Salsa Deadwood Carbon1 features 29+ tires combined with rock solid Split Pivot suspension, yielding fantastic rollover and stability for blazing new trails. Whether you’re racing or exploring, Deadwood allows you to worry less about your line and just enjoy the ride. The 2019 Salsa Deadwood Carbon is designed to use rear tires ranging from 2.6" to 3.0" in width on up to 45mm rims via BOOST 148 spacing. With a simple tire swap down to standard 29" widths (2.2–2.5"), the Deadwood gets a snappier, faster accelerating feel, making it better suited for high-octane pursuits and any trail riding where increased agility is desired. The concentric rear axle pivot in conjunction with precise wheel link, brake link, and control link placement, results in several performance gains: Exceptional bump compliance / Maximum traction / Incredible pedaling efficiency / Predictable braking / Improved frame geometry due to the elimination of unwanted suspension movement during acceleration and braking.
